The Shirt Show

This year was the third year for The Shirt Show—a gallery event featuring Midwest-inspired tshirt designs by local creatives. It's always a great time, with great tshirts to purchase.

My shirt this year was some squiggly patterns and sketches in the shape of Minnesota.

Last year was "Bread and Butter" because the state of Minnesota is known as "The Bread and Butter State" for its superior wheat, flour, and dairy products. The name came to use at the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo NY in 1902.

And year one was a bunch of things about Minnesota/Minneapolis all line-worked together.

Shirts from 2015 are available online for a little while longer. Get yours now! Both men's and women's sizes on a royal blue heather tshirt. Here's a link to the shop to purchase. The Shirt Show: Anne Ulku

I also have some others from the past years left over—if you feel so inclined, go ahead and contact me to get one!
